Chris Watters, founder of Walking C Property Services, began providing snow removal services in 2019, building on his deep-rooted connection to the region. As a guide and outfitter in the Teton Wilderness, he proudly operates under the livestock brand “Walking C.” Raised in Victor, Idaho, Chris possesses an intimate, lifelong knowledge of Teton Valley and Jackson Hole—positioning him as a trusted and capable liaison for discerning clients throughout the Tetons.

His partner, Matt Guido, has been based in the area since 2017, building strong relationships with local clients through caring for their art collections. Recognizing a growing need, he enthusiastically expanded his services to provide comprehensive oversight of clients’ properties. With a foundation in property maintenance and a refined understanding of high-value assets, Matt brings a uniquely well-rounded approach to property management.
