Our Home and Property Management service provides dependable, year-round caretaking of your home while you are away. We act as your local point of contact, ensuring your property is secure, well-maintained, and operating as it should. Through regular visits, detailed inspections, and proactive management, we help prevent small issues from becoming costly problems. Caretaking Services Include:

• Regular Property walk throughs (frequency upon request)

• Thermostat management

• Starting/running vehicle(s)

• Running water (running faucets, flushing toilets)

• Checking all systems (heating/cooling, boiler, fire alarms, propane levels, etc.)

• On-call 24 hours a day to respond to alarm

• Package/Mail collection

• Availability to communicate with owner’s guests

• Communication and organization of additional service company visits

• Housekeeping coordination for owner/guest arrivals and departures

• Communication via email and phone with monthly updates

• Hourly billing for additional services
